Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information our apps collect, how it's used, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password, or authentication tokens if you sign in with Apple or Google. We do not store your Apple or Google password.
Location. Some features use your device's location to provide relevant results. Location is only accessed when you use those features and is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save location-based content.
Photos and camera. Some apps may request access to your camera or photo library to let you capture or attach images (for example, travel memories in Arrived). Photos are only accessed when you explicitly take or choose one, and are stored solely to display them back to you within the app.
Push notifications. We may send push notifications for reminders or updates relevant to your activity (for example, upcoming pickup events in Pick Me Up). You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Content you create. Information you enter into our apps (such as lists, notes, or preferences) is stored so you can access it across sessions and devices.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to operate and improve our apps. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Third-Party Sign-In
If you sign in with Apple or Google, those services may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only receive what's necessary to create and identify your account (typically an email address or anonymous identifier).
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely. We use industry-standard practices to protect it from unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. When you do, your personal information and content are permanently removed from our servers.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you within the app or by email. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
